FIRE ALARM TRAINER

This trainer will teach prospective technicians about the characteristics of fire alarm systems, function of the various components, placement and use of fire alarm sensors, set up and programming of electronic controls, installation, maintenance of security systems, fault finding and troubleshooting.
This system is based upon a programmable electronic microprocessor based central alarm unit that is equipped with many types of the most common sensors and signaling devices. The system is clearly laid out on a panel type mobile frame that allows for easy wiring and connection.
Electrical wiring connections for all components are made by 4mm terminals which permits exercises to be performed quickly. Courseware is provided with an instruction book, job sheets and factory information sheets/manual on the various components. Set of connection leads are included.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
• Familiarization of Fire Alarm System Components• Basic wiring of the control panel: Describe a fire alarm system control panel wiring; Build a fire alarm system wiring
• Optical smoke detector with siren: Describe a function of optical smoke detector on fire alarm system; Describe a function of siren on fire alarm system; Build the optical smoke detector and sire system wiring
• Ionization smoke detector and strobe light: function of ionization smoke detector and how it's working on fire alarm system; function of strobe light on fire alarm system.
• Heat detector and alarm bell: function of heat detector and how it's working on fire alarm system; function of alarm bell on fire alarm system.
• Panic button, glass break and alarm buzzer: function of panic button, glass break switch and how it's working on fire alarm system; function of alarm buzzer on fire alarm system.
